For funding above ₹50 Lakh: Minimum 51% SC shareholding for the preceding 12 months with management control; or A new company with at least 51% SC shareholding and 12 months of operations. Technology-oriented innovative projects: Projects should have minimum 51% SC shareholding. Projects may be supported through recognised incubation centres, patents/copyrights, or projects sanctioned by Government of India departments.
