BEAUTY&YOU India 2026 is an entrepreneurship and innovation programme for founders building the future of the Indian beauty market, offering funding opportunities, industry mentorship and support to develop innovative beauty brands.
BEAUTY&YOU India 2026 is a beauty entrepreneurship and innovation programme designed to discover and support the next generation of founders, entrepreneurs, innovators and creatives shaping the future of the Indian beauty market.
The programme is launched by The Estée Lauder Companies, in collaboration with Nykaa, and is supported by Startup India and DPIIT.
Funding Support
Participants can compete for funding of up to ₹4 Crore across five award categories. Funding is provided through grants across applicable award categories and is subject to programme evaluation, selection and applicable terms.
Who Can Apply?
The programme is open to founders and businesses focused on the Indian beauty consumer, including:
Idea-stage concepts and innovative ideas
Pre-launch and early-stage beauty startups
Existing and operating beauty brands
Businesses across skincare, haircare, fragrance, makeup, wellness and related beauty categories
Innovations focused on technology, ingredients, formulations, design and business models
Eligibility
Applicants should meet the applicable programme requirements, including:
Applicant must be 18 years or older
The idea or business must focus on the Indian beauty market
The application must fall within a beauty or beauty-adjacent category
Applicants may apply at idea stage, pre-launch stage or as an existing business
Indian founders based outside India may apply if their concept is designed for Indian consumers
Prior funding is allowed
